Complaint Notice Procedures for Copyright Owners
The following elements must be included in your copyright infringement claim:
- An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to permit Symptom to Solution to locate it.
- Contact information for the complaining party — address, phone number, and/or email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Failure to include all of the above may result in a delay in processing your DMCA notification.
Notice and Takedown Procedure
All users of symptomtosolution.com are expected to comply with applicable copyright laws. If Symptom to Solution receives proper notification of claimed copyright infringement, we will respond promptly by removing or disabling access to the material in question and will comply with the appropriate provisions of the DMCA in the event a counter notification is received.
Repeat Infringers
Symptom to Solution reserves the right to terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures
It is our policy to accommodate and not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works.
